Where would the money come from for a buyback, the company had 2 consequtive quarters of huge negative cashflow and in fact had to sell shares. Why in the world would they have to increase the AS if they are buying shares not selling them? Why is SPNG not on the REG-SHO list if it had such a massive naked short position? Yes, what management is telling shareholders certainly contradicts the evidence, maybe they will be reported to the SEC. We certainly will have a clearer picture with the next 10Q.
