Yes. And when the uplist takes effect, they will also perform a reverse split so as to not make instant millionaires of us all. They aren't going to let a bunch of .0001's and .0002's go to even pennies in an instant without splitting the shares.
They have a daunting task ahead of them. They have to convince investors that their business is 1) worth the new share price tacked onto the uplist and 2) a good investment that is worth overlooking the extremely low trading range that has been going on for quite some time now.
Chances of an uplist aren't bad. Chances of an uplist that attracts new and bigger investors aren't good.
