Let me get this straight...

My posts which offers SUBSTANCE to how they could use their GROWTH (cash) to boost the PPS is "hypothetical", while your claim that "Common shareholders do not benefit from the growth." is NOT?!?... LMAO!.. Oh pleeeaaase!

Of coarse they couldn't buy the float back at these levels, the stock would explode with MUCH less buy pressure. I doubt they could get up to 5% at THESE levels... but the fact that the company would require a HIGHER VALUATION if they had more $$ than the MARKET CAP, is not disputable... This is BASIC fundamental analysis dude!

Like an astute investor, i dont consider the O/S as important as the MARKET CAP. O/S mean NOTHING if you dont know the PPS... Its the ignorance of the simple minded penny investor that leads others to believe the O/S is the MOST IMPORTANT piece of info that exists. Maybe for SCAMS, but not for companies that have REAL GROWTH and VALUE.

If i were to give you the O/S for a company and you did not know the SHARE PRICE, what could you use this info for?! THE INFO WOULD BE WORTHLESS.

On the other hand, if i give you the MARKET CAP, which is the TRUE VALUE OF THE COMPANY, you would know what the company is worth and can compare to their growth/potential... By your opinion, a company like Microsoft was a poor investment in the 80's cause it had billions of shares issued and no profits?

When real DOLLAR VOLUME comes into this stock it will move. Just like last year when it was trading $1,000,000+ in a SINGLE day and ran 15,000%... The DOLLAR volume will come from either new investors, the company initiating a buy back or both....

...and i bet the low after that move (consolidation) will be higher than the current low, WHICH DEFIES YOUR LOGIC.

PS: I dont get something... If the companies "growth means nothing", why do you constantly ask for the financials?!... or maybe i do...
