did he forget to tell you about the NOLs? that's $82 per share in deferred tax assets tax credit value they could use to writeoff future profits to avoid taxes

if they cancel the common shares, those NOLs would disappear too imho

why cancel the common shares if the insiders are holding 100% of it?

pls read the last 10K filed before bankruptcy
