marc - you don't know that the company is selling, so don't get all worked up about it. If they are, then they probably have no choice. I doubt that they are.

I presume the 15% drop is somehow commensurate with the % of dilution although if you are looking at long term prospects, and the company delivers, it won't matter.

I would expect ( and have heard some fairly credible evidence to this effect from several sources) that the company will let us in on their plans shortly. It is my expectation that we will like what we hear.
