The problem most of us saw with "Joe" was that most of what he said was an opinion, not very much was related to fact.

I was one that went there, I saw the oil being pumped and people working in the leases. I know this was not just an office building putting out hyped PRs.

While "Joe" was right about the future price, he was lucky to have an accurate gut feeling unsubstantiated by fact.

I hope he and you got out when you could, I wish I had.
