That is plain wrong,things like this just shouldn't happen in todays electronic age.It's not like there's a lot of volume to confuse this,correct?

Who is your broker? Not sure i'd be using them,then again maybe i am already. Personaly just wouldn't put myself through the aggravation and time of the sec thing.
