Bill, thank you for the welcome and TR my point in saying "Both sides" of the issues is this...I will tend to view the "negatives" of our investment much more than you and you will view the "positives" of what's happening much more than me. Those are the "issues" I was referring to.

We BOTH want this company to succeed and will discuss the sentement of the issues largely in a different manner...for instance, the Malaysian JV, your take it's another step forward and shows FASC is turning the corner (correct maybe?) my take another JV from FASC and I will reserve my excitment until it's up and running?(correct maybe?) We seem to agree but in a different tone.

Will this board find my take wrong? I thank you and Bill for the welcome back and for any others who respond this is my third post and wont be able to respond until happy hour.
