Good point with that said you state Clayton must prove himself can you post your resume so we can determine if you where really qualified to be part of this GREAT SALES TEAM. How did the whole interview take place OVER THE PHONE OR IN PERSON did you have to send in a resume or just talk to Mike over the phone.I hope it was a detailed search not just a few phone conversations.
