One thing I know, is that you can't judge a company by it's stock price, especially penny stocks. Manipulators can easily play with it until they get it exactly where they want…but that won't last forever…
The amazing thing about small cap markets is that every once in a while if you can find a great company that is at the right place at the right time; you can get in on the ground floor and hold on! Yes it’s more risky than the lumbering large caps, but spotting small cap winners early in the game can lead to enormous returns.
