I did not buy any CTNO shares today. I agree, it very might well be tax loss selling. The decline in CTNO share price has a little to do with the macro (general decline in the financial markets) and micro (Chris's lack of communication etc.) environment. If and when Chris decides to make the right moves, he will, and we will prosper IMHO.
