At H3, when Chavis was there, that was the case. Remember? And now that Peters has replaced him, he's doing about the same thing.

But would it really matter to you if the Chairman made a speech or not about the "state of H3"?

Sounds like you want a PR from H3, announcing that it's gonna do something that'll send H3's stock price north.
