No. What the CEO officially said in a Press Release on October 31, 2008 is "We anticipate being able to issue our financials and have the conference call by year’s end". No conditions were provided. He never officially said, "he wanted to wait till all the developments have concluded to inform us." He may have said that to some people over the phone, but not in an official Press Release.

Such is life in the land of the stinky pinkies. Pre-split, the current ECGP shares are worth less than one red cent given the 19 cents bid.
