if you are refering to the AS, in my opinion its very good..that is farily low for a OTC stock..if you are refering to the news today...its great...per the company, they have more contracts on the books that they would like to acecpt and to announce..but they lacked the finace to do them...this new line of credit will allow that....

If you are not sure how the credit allows a company to acecpt a job they will get paid for let me know and I will be glad to explain it...Good Luck
