I didn't say "Aurus", I said "these guys" (Dovgan and Chegenev). "Puma" and "Dovgan & Co" are (or used to be) both producing companies and there are other companies under their control. They have to prove yet that any of this production belongs to Aurus. This "structural confusion" and "circle organization" is typical for Russian businesses, even big ones. It helps them to avoid taxes and hide ownership issues, when all "independent" companies in the group have stake in each other and it's very hard to prove that all assets actually belong to the same people. My another point was that Aurus brand (if this brand ever existed) is damaged. IMO, even if they prove the ownership of assets, they would actually need to start a new company to get some respect in US - merger with somebody else, new name, and new life.

BTW, just to re-iterate my "mantra": I don't invest in pinkies anymore, which includes AURC.
