I'm not sure you understand the progression or significance of the evolutionary process we are about to experience.

It's got nothing to do with the cost of gold.

It's (gold) up-ness or down-ess day to day is irrelevant to our stage in the process.

The actual value of the gold doesn't enter into it until later, like when we are actually producing some.
