LOS GATOS, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Dec 12, 2008 -- KidSational Inc. (Other OTC:KDSC.PK - News) announces new management and a new direction for the company. Newly appointed Chief Executive Officer Eric Stratton Racheff released the following:

"In short order KidSational Inc. will have a name change and a business model change. Its basic outline will be that of a holding company. Our initial target is to regain the confidence of shareholders who have seen lower than satisfactorily share price over the years. This will consist of acquiring profitable companies, share buybacks and reduction of the number of outstanding shares to increase value.
"Following that we will be putting in place a strong Board of Directors that specialize in the various sectors that we will be dealing in: green technology, publishing, real estate, media, wholesale distribution, to name a few.
