It is starting to feel like maybe the USD runs right back down to the lows even more quickly than it ran up. My theory number 2 is looking the more likely at the moment.

ok here's another scenario that I thought might be in play they are trying to pump up the value of the yen and now possibly the Euro to stimulate demand overseas as they see the US consumer so tapped out that they are just going to leave us for dead. And this is why I scalp because trying to devine what the powers that be are up to and therefore making long term decisions about direction is beyond my abilities.
