15 what??? 15 dollars, 15 shares, 15 beers (or Dr. Pepper)...

And you are mistaken about chapter 11... typically under chapter 11 all common shares are canceled and new shares re-issued, not all the time, but this can happen....

I just keep wondering where you keep going with these repeat posts about "15" of something... It might be better to either come clean on what exactly you mean or just not post about that anymore as IMO you are starting to sound like a broken record blowing smoke...
