He helps with the permiting,monitors the wells,their progress,violations ect.If you contact alan "dogcentralia@illinios.gov" and ask nicely he will tell you all he knows about that region of Ill.and well and permiting activity.Nuff said if there was any good news then Tom would of told us he only hides bad news then stock goes down and down,then a PR confirming what the stock price already told us.Nothing is a secret that why stocks almost always move before an announcement.
