I do not know why people are wondering whats going on the the PPS of this stock, it simple wnen they announced the buy back there were 133 million shares OS now there are 244 million os, thats dilution, period. This company misleads its shareholders, thats nothing new with pinks. I was on the the phone almost daily with that crook, all I got was mis leading info. They have been issueing shares weekly to make a living,they put out a pr that they will buy back and they probably have bought a few million shares but when you sell 100 million its not a big deal to buy back 20 million. The purpose of the buyback was to reduce the float not to add to it. Some will say it is shorted which is bull crap. This stock is headed for a reverse split after they get trough issuing shares for sevices, then they will do it all over again, you just cant trust that preacher, he has to meet his maker also one day and may god fogive him.
