Doesn't seem to be any shortage of scapegoats for this failed company. First their own software developers, then mysterious private messages being sent, now it's just one of Spooz's many "financiers".

Anyone who has dealt with penny stocks for any length of time knows that ALL financing leads to toxic dilution sooner or later.

Whoever said it was right, this company is an absolute textbook example of penny stock company handlers (i.e. the officers) stuffing their own pockets at the expense of most individual investors, but for a few who secretly profit from their connections.
