Correct me if I'm wrong but I think they have already merged but havn't announced it. I also believe the merger is with one the following companies(OTCBB: NGNM), NeoMedia (OTCCBB: NEOM), SmarTire (OTCBB: SMTR), NS8 (OTCBB: NSEO), and FutureMedia (FMDA)
