Started by that Great President Jimmy Carter, Aug, 4 1977, IT's Stated Job was to "Lessen Our Dependence" on "Foreign OIL". 31 years later, it's Budget is 24.2 Billion,(yes Billion) with 16,000 FEDERAL EMployees, and about 100,000 contract employees.I'm sure we got our moneys worth as they have done such an A+ job at their stated Task,BULL! But,; I'm sure the "ONE" will change that Post Haste,,HA,HA,HA,I laugh outloud,(LOL)--Buy Gold/Silver,and Keep your OIL stocks TOO!. ALL IMHO! A Merry XL, Christmas to All.
