"badgered entities with even the slightest association with Hemi"

Can you offer some examples of the badgering that you claim took place?

"Hemi have felt it prudent to request that Hemi not release their names, and/or/nor the specific details of their deals."

How do you know, if in fact Hemi agreed to their clients request for anaimity. We all know who the drillers have been for Hemi and if you are referring to the Sabine purchase that happened way back when. There was no badgering and the contact info was public knowledge! So why does Hemi now release the names of it's current associates such as the drillers? Sounds like a red herring Mur. ;)

"Buyers would be demanding better prices, which in turn would likely kill the dealer's profits."

Experienced lease buyers would likely know much of the history of the Wy lease if they were shelling out $475K, which would include a pretty good idea the range that Hemi paid for the lease and it's current market value. I doubt they would pay double, triple, or more than Hemi paid for this lease considering that the rest of Hemi doesn't seem to be worth those kind of mutiples according to market opinion.
