dragon man I got some of the preferreds because I saw in the SEC fillings that August Glenn R a Director bought 500,000 of regular stock around 11/07/08. Even though the Presiden sold a small amount of regular stock around 12/01/08. I need the income and thought it was worth the chanch that they would still pay the dividens next time.
