how can amne even be considered a shell company when at the time of the take over cpn was an asset of rgno/cpn/amgg. was only later the great rickey p. wrote his own public release to claim no more association with the current amgg. the only ones claiming shell are the ones with the most to gain....amne. that leaves a warm and fuzzy feeling with me.
