I have checked the site. There is a good chance that the solution is really provided by T-Mobile and not Motorola, since the guy uses T-Mobile. As you all probably know T-Mobile has an agreement with Pctel, and Pctels: Segue Roaming Client, will automaticly detect the nearest hotspot, but it is not seamless. I might be wrong here, but it is my guess.
