I say the biggest problem facing Franklin at this time is the lack of play money to get a real pump going.

Investors are so far upside down in their "real" stocks that there simply is no money to chance on a pinky such as Franklin.

That may imply that this thing will not do anything (be able to) for years to come.

Meanwhile, Billy and the boys have to eat so expect more shares to be sold into the ever-growing billions and billions pile.
