Level 2 Patch:

Simon, the Level 2 maestro, dropped some new code in today. Issues were showing up on stocks that went no-bid. HGLC, SMAS, etc. It was showing NITE, at say 0001 and 0001 offer. That should be fixed now as well as dealing with cycle (bid/offer refresh messages from market makers who haven't changed/updated in a while) messages better from the exchanges.

Let me know of anything you guys see.
