Nevermind, Just got off the phone with SM-(no did not ask a thing about shr count--fig he's tired of that) The PRs about Ad campains and stuff is the total sales to ditributors, internet, etc--ie total rev for the period. So guidence should be about right--but expect to be about 10% lite, so my expectation is a little over 12m.
