would not that require the common shareholders own more shares of amne than...say...the insiders? what happens monk when the insiders own more shares [votes] than all of the rest of the shareholders[voters] combined? remember amne has their special preferred share floating around at any time "AMNE" chooses.
i just love the dividend due sometime long into the future, they increase the float of amne from aprox. 185,000 [tradeable[i just love this word] float] to aprox. 2,500,000 [tradeable[i just love this word] float], WHY NOT JUST GIVE THE CURRENT SHAREHOLDER A FORWARD SPLIT 1/14???? amne's claims of wanting to repair shareholder relations falls on deaf ears what with actions by johnny c. and terry m. as this nonsense. when i think of all the excitement companies create with forward splits and here we are going to have to wait a "YEAR"
