Your question about $ revenue per order and has the company addressed the difference between Qs is a little off the mark.

The reason is revenue usually trails orders by as much as 3 months. They have explained this fact on several occasions, That means the calculations you are making are meaningless since the revenues you are using are not the revenues for the orders you are using.
