from what i read on it,it is much worse than a regdex...
the part where it says in the form the amount of unregistered
shares sold,says to me that you could have been selling
shares all along and this form simply allows you to notify the
s.e.c the amount so they can officially add them to the o.s
and it washes your hands clean of the dumping...
