tricks=subtrefuge,deception...i will agree with that,that they are deceptive...what i dont see happening is that their "tricks" go anywhere...kinda like the 4.4 bil. jpm and their little footnote...well its now bearing interest...and as you can see from the court transcripts...its all but wmi's...just waiting on finalization at hearing...as far as the fdic and their "tricks" i.e. "we reserve the right to monies at a later date if we deem it necessary" their in save face mode...bunch of two bit hack gov't lawyers...i am looking foreward to the unleashing of the nol's..i believe that will trump all...thats when the buyout is on...imo
