Sounds like you are using the wrong platform MM. Did you set up with forex.com? If so they have there own platform and it sucks...don't use it. tell them you want the meta trader 4 platform...the robot won't work with there platform. meta trader 4 is a free universal platform used with many brokers.

your doing the right thing if you never traded currencies befor, just do the demo account and set the robot up on it. Follow the instructions and take your time with fake money. Once you have it set up it's set and forget and let the robot do all the work ;o)
