there are alot of huge companies that pay huge legal fees to set these holding companies up. every i dotted, every t crossed, tax lawyers consulted. thor, you keep stating law, law always comes after the fact, never before the act of lawlessness. imo, setting up more than corp in nevada is nothing more than a shell game. which corp will hold the assets, which corp will be the stock trading co.
imo, a major red flag coming up the flag pole here
