by issuing more shares its major dulition, major. is this an attempt for the board memebers to get unrestricted shares so they can sell into market???????????????? also how hard is it for 4 board members to agree on a cash dividend in 1 day.
damn my company is bigger and i can get things done faster.
im still curious even thou i sold my holdings
