Soapy, $, GG, Wadi, etc...CERTs All the shr numbers I posted should be in Cert form. we know the 660 restricted and Certs should not be an issue.
Mgmts 25 should be in cert form by now (had forever)
82m F13s are in cert form (per Alphie)
Buyback 50m ? Co having problems getting Certs for them? Is that the hold up?

I know can't get Certs for all of em, there are 8 mill more shrs held in these numbers than there S/O
