DNAPaternityJustice is a grassroots organization united in the belief that the term "Justice for all" should be a reality for all and not just a few. Our goal is to preserve the family structure through respect and dignity; support fair and balanced decisions on all family court matters; encourage parents to work toward bridging communication gaps though respect while being committed to the well being of their child as they work toward actual results; promote policies that support the right of alleged fathers to be disestablished in paternity fraud matters based on DNA testing, while ensuring, if possible that biological fathers support their own children; improve fairness in the areas of child custody, child support and visitation by both parents. Finally, to address the wholeness of the child and to be responsive to all the needs of the child without devastating the child's family since children need both parents.
