Could the increase in RCCH's AS be the way to prevent RCCH from being taken over? With the share price being so cheap, another business could try to buy up controlling interest in RCCH. I would assume that after the uplisting, the AS will be lowered. This was simply a maneuver to protect the company from a hostile takeover. Am I reading this correctly?
