I know that things (and rules ) change but back when I was a President and CEO there was a rule that (as I recall) minority stockholders could pool all votes for multiple candidates into a vote for one candidate so they would be assured representation. Perhaps someone more currently knowledgeable could update us.

Wouldn't discount some type of legal action if things don't change. JMH (and pizzed off) O.
