We need solid, verifiable news or the PPS will continue to drift lower, period. See Capo's previous posts. They need to provide more specifics regarding next steps with the PPAs and financing. News Releases riddled with "intent" are now just raising more questions. Weak hands will continue to sell until substantial news is provided. I'm long, and continue to pick up shares down here.
