Valtech Inc. Bid for National DVBT License in Slovakia

MONTREAL, Dec. 9 /CNW Telbec/ - Valtech Inc., a wholy own subsidiary of HIPSO Multimedia Inc. (OTCBB: HPSO), is proud to announce its participation and deposit of their response to the tender to establish a national DVBT license in Slovakia.
There are only 4 companies that have access to such a bid and we are among the few who are part of the process. Once awarded the license for the exclusive distribution of digital TV signal throughout the country of Slovakia, Valtech will implement and manage for 20 years the network. This network will service 2 million homes within the country. This is more than a long-term license to us, it is an expansion of our business overseas. This could represent over 100 million dollar in business for Valtech Inc. just in Slovakia alone. There are over 20 countries in Europe who needs the IPTV solutions." said Mr. Arbic, CEO of Valtech Inc.
Valtech Inc. (OTCBB: HPSO) is also in the process of bidding on other licenses in Europe and Africa. The market for DVBT solutions is worth over 15 billion dollar in Europe alone. Valtech Inc. intends to serve the needs in Europe for DVBT. "We are confident that we can win the current bid in Slovakia.
