Thanks....I understand all you say......I just meant/was referring to 'those in the know' not lumping on.
On MSRM IMO a hike in the share price will result in an amazingly quick 'effectiveness' statement.I think more transparency should be made by the SEC in their EDGAR files with regard to back and forth comments/answers so that the public/investors can see the position for themselves.The SEC have already made 'improvements in transparency in this area...but yet more can be done. I can't see any problem with a release at each communication stage.My interest in this included responding to invited comment by the SEC but unfortunately with no response to date.
