Congrats on the closing....a great time 2 b 1st time buyers....especially if u r thinken about stayin long term....but ya got a 10 month mortgage?? Thot they did away w/those hybrid kinda loans....didn't think there was anything less than a 5/1 fixed that converts to an ARM at the end of the 1st 5 yrs. Maybe ya meant a 10/1...where it's fixed for the 1st 10 yrs (not mos)?

At any rate.....good to no longer be payin a landlord that's fur sure.

One ? tho...u aint plannin on usin the 401K ta trade 4x with are ya? If so...1 word comes ta mind.....eeesssh!!
