Something is definitely happening different from plan as we see reports here that A64s are scarce in the market and Best Buy seems to be out of A64 desktops.

Could be supply chain issues (high cost of diesel and jet fuel)
or other components. HPQ doesn't seem to be having any supply
problems though they build to order in Shanghai so maybe being
closer to component manufacture has some kind of advantage here.
