I think BTHB'09 and PSL11 should both start on the same date...

Realistically that can't happen. I mean it sounds great in theory, it was even doable when Len Handled this and I handled the PSL. Now me trying to handle both of these on the same date would be close to impossible and too confusing as I switch back and forth. I'm never afraid of doing work for the board, but I believe this is a mission I would not only make tons of Mistakes, but I might not even get done, and I don't want to set myself up to fail, and I could set myself up to do just that if I put them on the same date. In a perfect world they would both be on the same date, but their is only one of me. And what your suggesting would be very close to impossible to get done and get done well.
