Is that all we have now is "hope"? Gawd, we're screwed!!! If LYING TOM set this up the way he did from the beginning, why would he help us and restructure shares? If he was going to help the commons, wouldn't he have appled a Reverse on his preferred shares? Seems like the fair thing to do since he has built the entire company from our money?
