So you are convinced this is a scam? Let's take a look at that.

Scams have lots of PR's that promise the world. This stock has had two PRs in two years, and those promised nothing.

Scams have regular pumpers, announcements, and publicity that build up tremendous enthusiasm and volume for the stock. The stock rises like a meteor, then drops like a rock as insiders take their profits. Then the cycle is repeated ad nauseum. Look at the tiny volumes this stock generates. Look at the lack of news. NO publicity. None. If this is a pump and dump, the schemers are doing it VERY poorly. Look at the charts. No evidence of a P & D.

This stock is so closely held and illiquid that anybody who dumps or buys 10,000 shares can materially affect the price for the day. Not a good situation for someone who plans to scam people out of their money. Look at the typical volumes. No evidence of a P & D. If someone had a couple of million shares to dump at these volumes, how long would it take him to sell it and realize his ill-gotten gains? Forever, if they didn't want the stock to be sub-penny. An impractical scheme to say the least.

This stock is closely held by serious longs who have been accumulating and holding for a year or two. They have done some careful DD and believe what they have found. They also know what kind of timelines are common in Middle East Energy Deals--years.

Count the people who regularly post here---about a dozen. They are overwhelmingly people who are long in this stock, have been for some time, and are patiently waiting for the outcome they expect. Nobody here is doing a pump job, in fact we are collectively tired of the wait and we amuse ourselves during that wait with light-hearted banter. How many new, fresh, faces and new money do you see ariving every day? Very few, and lately only a couple of non-believers. Is this the pattern of a robust scam? Hell, no.

Fact is, if you haven't done your DD, there's very little to get excited about here. I don't know of any longs on this board or off who believe they need saving by MT Balzac or Dr. Evil Jr. Neither has offered any facts to convince longs their beliefs are in error. If you do find something beyond idle speculation, I'd encourage you to post it.

Bottom line, I do believe there is money to be made here. If you decide to stick around long enough, you may even be lucky enough to buy in at announcement time and enjoy a portion of the ride up. I won't say more than that. I don't want to be accused of pumping.
